Based in Tara, operating across the Western Downs — including Toowoomba, Dalby and Chinchilla. We provide person-centred disability support designed around your unique needs. Our Story

EZI Support Work was founded by Esiteri Matalau, a passionate sole trader with a deep commitment to helping people thrive. Guided by the belief, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13), Esiteri started the business with a simple yet powerful vision — to provide care that is compassionate, flexible, and truly personal.

Esiteri holds a Certificate III in Individual Support and is dedicated to the principles of dignity, choice, and inclusion. EZI Support Work has earned the trust of individuals, families, and carers across regional Queensland. With a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in local communities, we deliver support that is both culturally aware and community-driven.
